APPETIZER COURSE

A mouth-watering hors d'oeuvres plate including a tangy lobster-crabcake, a creamy mini-quiche lorraine, two lightly fried jumbo coconut shrimp, two fresh sea scallops wrapped in crispy bacon, and a homemade black bean and corn salsa.

MAIN COURSE

A succulent boneless breast of Cajun chicken garnished with orange chipotle sour cream, paired with split cuts of charcoal grilled rosemary sausage, and accompanied by herb and garlic penne pasta and steamed fresh garden spinach.
