Gifts of land, cash or securities to the Harwich Conservation Trust, a charitable organization, are deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes at their full and fair market value at the time of the gift. The benefit of such gifts also extends to real estate tax saving and may reduce estate and inheritance taxes.

The Trustees welcome inquiries from anyone interested in making a gift of property, requesting an informational conservation restriction brochure, or learning about any other phase of Trust activities.
